Is the checkup really free?
Yes. It is 29 questions, takes about 15 minutes, and is free with no commitment. At the end, you get an initial score across the 7 Vital Areas. The full Health Score is part of the paid Diagnosis.
How much does the Diagnosis cost, and what does it include?
Starting at USD 1,500. It includes the full Health Score, an executive report, a Business Doctor review, and an initial 90-day plan. Accompaniment is priced afterward, based on what needs treatment.
What role does artificial intelligence play?
Technology organizes the information, compares it with the method, and prepares a draft. A Business Doctor then reviews, corrects, and signs it. Technology supports the process; professional judgment remains human.
Is this software I have to learn to use?
No. You do not install anything or learn a tool: you answer a few questions, and a Business Doctor signs the result.
How do the cycles work?
We work in 90-day cycles. Each one ends with indicators and a decision: discharge or another cycle. We do not chain cycles together by default.
What happens after discharge?
Discharge means the company can sustain its indicators without us overseeing it. After that, you can request a follow-up checkup or start a new cycle if something needs attention.
What is Noé, and what is it for?
Noé is our sustainability specialty. It interviews you and prepares two documents: a Sustainability Report ready to publish and a diagnosis with recommendations for internal use. It covers 8 themes and 74 data points in Spanish, designed to interoperate with IFRS S1 and S2. It costs USD 900, with deliveries starting in January 2027.
Does anyone independent verify this?
BizClinic gathers, organizes, and presents; it does not audit or certify. Independent verification is done by a third party.

The service is virtual and currently available in the Dominican Republic. If you are in another country, contact us and we will let you know when we open there.
What is not included in the service?
We do not audit, certify, or sell software or licenses. Treatment is defined after the diagnosis, and the scope of accompaniment is set out in the proposal.
