Noé

Noé turns a conversation into your Sustainability Report.

It interviews you in Spanish, at your pace, and prepares two documents: a Sustainability Report ready to publish and a diagnosis with recommendations for internal use, designed to interoperate with IFRS S1 and S2.

USD 900

8 themes. 74 data points. 40 to 60 minutes. Deliveries start in January 2027.

The path

From the link to the report.

01

Link

Your consultant gives you a personal link. Without that link, the interview does not start.

02

Consent

You read the privacy notice and accept the terms before the first question.

03

Interview

You walk through eight themes. Each answer keeps a status.

04

Pause

You can leave and come back with the same link.

05

Review

You correct what you need to and send it.

06

Report

Your consultant prepares the two documents.

The eight themes

In this order.

Seventy-four data points, spread through the conversation.

01

Your company

Who the company is and how it operates.

02

What matters

Matters the company confirms or discards.

03

Governance

Who decides and how oversight works.

04

Strategy and climate

How climate enters the strategy.

05

Risk management

Risks the company identifies and follows.

06

Environmental metrics

Energy, emissions, and resource data, when it exists.

07

People and compliance

Team, community, and obligations.

08

Goals and actions

What the company sets out to do.

In What matters, an engine proposes a set of matters based on the company. You confirm and discard, and that stays in a record. Then you weigh the impact on people and the environment, and the effect on the finances. That is double materiality.

The conversation

Each answer has a status.

Noé does not fill a gap. When it ends, the company reviews, corrects, and sends. Then the consultant prepares the report.

Example. Not a real company.
  1. We operate in the Dominican Republic.

    Answered

  2. We do not measure that.

    Not available

  3. I do not have it now.

    Postponed

  4. That does not apply to our operation.

    Not applicable

Questions

About the interview.

Can I start without a link?

No. If the link is not valid, the interview does not open. Ask your consultant for it.

How long does it take, and can I pause?

Between 40 and 60 minutes. You can leave and continue later with the same link.

Does Noé fill in what I do not know?

No. If a data point does not exist, it stays as not available, postponed, or not applicable.

Is this an audit?

No. BizClinic does not validate or audit. An independent third party can.

What do I receive at the end?

Two PDFs: the Sustainability Report, to publish, and the Diagnosis with recommendations, for internal use.
